- Focus on administrative and sales support of Rockefeller Private Advisors who prospect and manage retirement plan business (e.g., 401(k) plans)
- Assist in the transition and onboarding of retirement plan business from newly recruited Private Advisor teams
- Engage with external retirement plan service providers and third party vendors
- Partner with business finance on monthly and quarterly retirement plan billing process and reconciliation
- Support the product management and quarterly reporting of investment fiduciary programs
- Contribute towards the organic growth of the retirement business by building product awareness and understanding across Private Advisor teams
- Prepare and maintain business management reporting for corporate retirement plan business
- 2 - 3 years financial services experience desired (experience working with Financial Advisors and Retirement products a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Series 7 & 63 or 66 will be required within 180 days
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of ERISA, retirement plan products and investments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
