Position Description: Partnership Track, Non-Private Equity.
Tucson, Arizona. One of the nation's premier retina subspecialty groups. A unique and progressive practice seeks an energetic, growth-oriented medical/surgical associate to join our 7 MD retina-only practice. Three state-of-the-art offices. New 17,000-square-foot office and retina-only ambulatory surgery center. The new office opened in July 2023. The ASC opened in December 2023 and is Medicare-certified and conveniently located in the same building. The second 14,000-square-foot office opened in October 2020. The third office is located in Green Valley and was remodeled in 2024.

We have an active research department with two full-time study coordinators. We have participated in over 65 national/international clinical trials. Opportunity for teaching with close ties with the University of Arizona Ophthalmology program. Residents rotate within our practice each year.
