This role is a strategic sales partner to our Institutional and Signature Service teams that will support the retention of the most strategically important and largest revenue generating clients.
Here are a few examples of the types of things you'll do:
- Serve as a strategic consultant to build and implement unique solutions for competitive RFP's and finals that are in the billion dollar+ plan space.
- Coaching of the team and presenters on finals presentation strategies, including relevant talking points.
- Provide technical expertise with a sales approach for retention with effectively positioned current and alternate solutions.
- Leverage existing and new consultant relationships to educate, persuade, and cultivate those partnerships.

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
- 10+ years of retirement sales experience with strong technical expertise in one or a combination of defined contribution, defined benefit, non-qualified, or Trust and Custody products.
- Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent) within 5 months of employment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal partners.
- Strong understanding of industry, portfolio construction, capital markets, financial service products and regulations.
- Role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, advanced analytical skills regarding pricing and different plan designs, presentation skills, relationship building, time management skills
- Runs highly complex projects/RFPs and work with Corporate executives.
- Ability to travel as the need arises.
