Summary: Provides support with delivering training curriculum in various banking areas to all levels of staff, for new hires including refresher and new initiative training. Assists Retail Training and Branch Support team with various duties including tracking, reporting and documentation review.

Assists with various sales and system training programs as necessary. Minimum Job Requirements: + Bachelor's Degree and three years of banking or equivalent experience OR+ High school diploma or equivalent and five years banking experience + Must have the ability to work flexible hours and travel to various branch locations as duties require + Training and coaching experience in a group setting and/or customer service/retail environment+ Extremely strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively train in a classroom environment. Highly developed social, verbal, and written communication skills, including outstanding presentation skills+ Proven interpersonal skills to motivate a team and interact with all levels of personnel+ Excellent in Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Office for report writing for sales training tracking+ Excellent organizational, follow-up and listening skills+ Adaptable to a changing environment to ensure all material is delivered within a scheduled timeSpecific Job Functions:+ Maintains and updates material for effective delivery of various training programs+ Strongly supports the brand culture and initiatives by delivering current product and services in a clear and concise manner+ Supports the System Trainer and Br.

Support Specialist and the Sales Trainer and Br Support Specialist with classroom training for Bankers including operating systems, policies, procedures, effective and accurate processing of various customer account transactions, currency handling and equipment operation, and having elevated Value Conversations+ Supports Sales Trainer with creation of new training programs in conjunction with manager and area leaders, such as Cash Management, IRA, and Lending or any other area of the bank.+ Assists with updating and developing new Retail Procedures + Assists the Retail Training and Support Leader as the liaison with training vendors+ Acts as the back-up for the Retail Sales Incentive program review process+ Supports ongoing coaching of bankers+ Presents and delivers thoughts and ideas to all levels of retail banking in a manner that is easily understood and accepted by an individual or a group of people+ Supports Sales Training Manager with updates to training material and processes to deliver the appropriate information during training+ Maintains current knowledge of the relevant bank's systems+ Serves as a mentor and coach for new bankers to deliver the bank's products and services + Consistently engages with existing bankers to ensure all processes delivered in training are consistent + Motivates and supports bankers for consistent reinforcement of elevating customer conversation+ Assesses and adapts to new situations that may arise during training to quickly transition from one activity to another+ Reports any training issues to the Sales Training Manager and Branch Support Leader, especially when onboarding new hires with regards to assessing learning levels.+ Liaison between Managers and bankers to set additional or follow-up training sessions as required or needed for continued sales growth and training.+ Keeps stakeholders abreast of training development and issues+ Supports Sales Training Manager with updating Cornerstone with training and tracking for Employees; ensures Retail employees are up to date with corporate training requirements+ Assists with performing annual branch reviews+ Assists with reviewing branch documentation to meet audit standards+ Assists with reviewing branch audit reports for accuracy+ Assists branch personnel with operational and technical issues, including resolving banker scanning differences, cash differences and bond differences+ Assists with drafting of new and revised policy and procedures+ Maintains an advanced knowledge of core operating systems for processing transaction and review of banker journal.+ Assists with various branch reviews of daily reports, including business documentation, reporting logs and documentation held in the report repository+ Compliance with all Bank Secrecy Act regulations, Customer Identification Program and know your customer requirements+ Promote the security and safety of employees and customers by complying with the Security Program+ Maintain knowledge of bank products and services.+ Remain current and implement bank policies and procedures in a timely manner, including the Code of Conduct+ Maintain confidentiality of customer information by complying with the Privacy Policy. Comply with established policies and procedures when responding to inquiries and requests. + Performs other duties as assigned.All employees should have knowledge of bank's procedures and its compliance as it pertains to their position.
