The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for maintaining and expanding dealer relationships and organic growth. TSM's support dealers as well as work with sales support staff to maintain all brand programs, volume requirements, and image standards.
JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES
- Maintains relationships with dealers through phone calls, emails, and personal visits.
- Grows territory through sales activities.
- Understands the economics and gross profit of a deal for each individual dealer and works with sales support on pricing.
- Helps sales support with brand standards in assigned territory.
- Communicates brand standards and programs to dealers.
- Maintains a sales pipeline through CRM.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous retail dealer sales experience is desired.
- Extensive travel, including overnights, is required.
