Store Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Create employee schedules and manage shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and ensure store security.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
