Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve performance objectives.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and place orders as needed.
- Create and maintain a welcoming environment for customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust store strategies accordingly.
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on leadership and team management.
- Ability to effectively manage shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient operations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Experience in training development to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management to meet store targets.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and financial analysis.
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for effective communication with diverse customers and staff.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
