Retail Store Manager

Sky King Fireworks of Sarasota, FL is seeking a full-time, year-round Retail Store Manager. This position will oversee the day to day operations of the store in its full capacity. Sky King Fireworks is seeking a candidate with experience relating to sales & customer service, human resources, training, warehouse management/managing inbound freight & retail merchandising.

Store Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary leadership and support in areas of sales and customer service 
• Assist in recruiting, scheduling, training, management and development of staff
• Build valuable relationships with customers to help grow and retain business
• Maintain the highest standards of operations regarding store merchandising, cleanliness and overall appearance of interior and exterior of the store.
• Manage incoming freight, unloading delivery trucks & warehouse inventory management 
• Checkout customers & record cumulative daily sales numbers
• Support and enforce all company policies procedures
• All other duties assigned by management

Store Manager Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel)
• Working an average of 300-350 overtime hours annually (1.5x hourly rate) 
• Available to work various shifts (including weekends & various holidays)
• Must be available to work extended hours (Overtime) during the months of June, July & December
• Ability to walk, stand and lift (up to 60lbs) for extended periods of time

Salary & Benefits:

• Hourly wage- $15.00-$19.00 - Annual Salary Range with Overtime ( $40,000 -$50,000)
