Get ready to love your job while you work with local vendors to help them realize their dreams! We are looking for a results driven Store Manager to oversee all aspects of daily store operations. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most chance at success if they have a proven background in retail, customer service and management.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of staffing
- Manage inventory by reading sales reports, placing orders and inputting merchandise into the POS system
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service at every level
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and modify those procedures as needed
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Research and report on buying trends and customer needs
- Conduct performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with issues that arise from staff or customers
- Additional manager duties as needed

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
