The Training Manager will be responsible for coordinating courses and classroom activities within a variety of channels. The ideal individual will have an excellent understanding of training methods and technologies and will be able to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences. The right candidate will have a passion for training and have the skills necessary to manage employees, develop training materials and keep students engaged in the material.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and facilitate training sessions.
- Train individuals to set up, use, and troubleshoot new software and hardware.
- Lead the design of new training courses.
- Build comprehensive training programs for new employees.
- Set up and lead meetings with employees regarding new software or hardware.
- Oversee and manage the training department.
- Guide employees on topics such as software and hardware development, support, or troubleshooting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
