- Retail background

- Ability to effectively and respectfully work with a team with diverse backgrounds
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Professional Appearance
- Technical ability to utilize our store tools (apps, email, Office, software)
- Flexibility of training
Preferred
- Some retail leadership experience
- A want to help others grow
- Previous knowledge in profit/loss statements
- Ability to communicate new sale ideas to leadership
