• Ability to effectively and respectfully work with a team with diverse backgrounds
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Professional Appearance
• Technical ability to utilize our store tools (apps, email, Office, software)
• Flexibility of training

Preferred

• Some retail leadership experience
• A want to help others grow
• Previous knowledge in profit/loss statements
• Ability to communicate new sale ideas to leadership
