Located in Lower Manhattan, we are looking for Store Associates that are energetic, customer-focused, fashion-oriented and able to foster an exceptional shopping experience. Position Overview:
As a Retail Store Associate at our upcoming Lower Manhattan store, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our customers' shopping experiences. Your energy, customer focus, and commitment to excellence will be the driving force behind our success.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet and consult with customers, creating an atmosphere of warmth and positivity.
• Understand our products and capabilities to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify store needs to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Actively listening to manage and assess customer needs and expectations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and receive daily shipments.
• Collect payments swiftly using our store's state-of-the-art point-of-sale system.
• Process returns and exchanges, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding sales and customer service.
• Extensive knowledge of our merchandise, ensuring you can answer any question.
• Anticipate customer needs and recommend merchandise.
• Ability to swiftly operate the store's point-of-sale system.
• Solutions-driven and able to embrace new challenges and other duties assigned.
• Committed to creating an inclusive environment for both customers and employees.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Expect prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
