We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to work in a TRUE VALUE store and become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for promoting Window World products, merchandise, and services in a TRUE VALUE store retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Lots of job flexibility and flexible hours!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Willing to cover a region/territory with multiple stores
• Explain products and services to customers
• Set appointments for sales staff to demonstrate products
• Generate new sales leads to grow program and earn BONUSES!
• Potential for advancement into supervisory role

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interactive people skills
• Reliable transportation
