**Position Overview:**
As a Retail Sales Representative at Reclaimed, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the perfect dining table that suits their style and needs. The position involves a combination of hourly pay and commission, rewarding your sales efforts.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers about Reclaimed's commitment to sustainability and the unique features of our handcrafted dining tables.

2. **Sales and Product Knowledge:**
- Understand the specifications and details of each dining table to effectively communicate their features to customers.
- Actively engage in the sales process, guiding customers through the selection and customization of their furniture.

3. **Closing Sales:**
- Work towards achieving sales targets and commission goals.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

4. **Order Processing:**
- Assist customers with the ordering process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate delivery schedules and address any customer concerns.

5. **Visual Merchandising:**
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
- Participate in setting up displays to showcase Reclaimed's unique furniture pieces.

**Qualifications:**

1. **Previous Sales Experience:**
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.

2. **Passion for Furniture Design:**
- Genuine interest in furniture design, craftsmanship, and sustainability.

3. **Customer-Focused:**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.

**Compensation:**
