Job Overview :
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the Metro by T-Mobile brand to life. They live and breathe T-Mobile! They’re brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. RSRs Do It the Right Way, meeting performance targets including sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
•Greets customers in a timely and positive manner to create a positive sales/buying experience for the customer
•Identifies the customer's needs and provide information related to Metro BY T-MOBILE products and services
•Complete training on all handsets in order to communicate the key features and benefit of each to new and existing customers as well as the in-store experience, new skills, processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
•Handles all administrative aspects of the sale including paperwork to establish service
•Maintains files of existing and potential customers
•Performs sales tracking and related reporting
•Maintains floor stocking levels, displays and help ensure that the store is clean and presentable to customers

Pay: $16.90 per hour
- Pay rate above states the general base pay for the State listed
- HOURLY POSITION PLUS COMMISSION
- A candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be at or above this rate
Education:
· High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Work Experience:
· 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Preferred)
