Retail Sales Associates (Pop-Up Shops)

Position Overview:
Winston is looking for full-time, part-time, and seasonal apparel selling specialists and stylists to work within a top national retailer’s pop-up location.  

Compensation: $17/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and connect with customers.
- Suggest items and outfits to meet customers’ needs and exceed their expectations
- Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Ideal Candidate:
- Enjoys talking with customers and building relationships
- Loves fashion and styling
- Tech savvy
- Good at multi-tasking, organized
- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Dress Code: Business casual work attire

Preferred Experience:
- High-end Retail, Sales, or Customer Service
- General retail operations or inventory management
- Visual Merchandising

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Able to lift boxes up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work a schedule that requires weekends

Shifts & Schedules available:
- Days & evenings
- Monday through Friday
- Weekends only
