Aladore Boutique, a renowned fashion destination located in Roslyn, NY, is seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Sales Associate & Key Holder to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting our valued clients in finding the perfect wardrobe pieces. In addition, you will hold the responsibility of being a Key Holder, ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique during opening and closing hours.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize a keen sense of style and fashion knowledge to assist customers in curating their ideal wardrobe
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering style advice and product recommendations
- Demonstrate an understanding of current fashion trends and the ability to translate them to suit individual customer preferences
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Aladore Boutique experience and maintaining the store's exceptional reputation
- Assist with visual merchandising and store display set-ups to enhance the overall shopping environment
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and ensuring the boutique is properly secured
- Collaborate with the boutique management team to achieve sales targets and meet individual performance goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in the fashion industry

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Retail Sales role, preferably in the fashion industry
- A genuine passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse clientele
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills

Pay: $17.42 - $20.98 per hour
