Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
• Assist customers in selecting the right vaping products based on their preferences and needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive service and personalized recommendations.
• Educate customers on vaping products, safety guidelines, and regulations.
• Store Maintenance:
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Restock shelves, displays, and product bins as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to management.
• Assist with receiving and processing shipments.
• Compliance:
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes related to vaping products.
• Maintain awareness of age verification requirements and ensure compliance with local and federal laws.

Qualifications:

• Previous Retail Sales experience preferred, preferably in the vaping industry.
• Knowledge of vaping products, accessories, and e-liquids is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in an environment with exposure to vape smoke and scent.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
