CORT Furniture Outlet sells our new and previously leased furnishings at an unbeatable value, offering our customers the opportunity to pay a lot less for the styles and quality they want.
This job is a great fit for high energy sales professionals and if you are social media savvy, or have experience with online marketing please apply! In this role you will engage customers to evaluate their needs in order to advise them on the benefits of purchasing previously rented furniture and maximize revenue opportunities.
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 9-6pm and Saturday 10-5pm, closed Sunday-Monday
Pay: hourly plus commission, total earning $40,000-$60,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales revenue, piece and margin goals
- Assist in the safe maintenance, appearance, merchandising and pricing of store to company and District standards of the furniture
- Utilize computer to complete proposals, prepare sale agreements and obtain necessary information from customer to complete sales
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in order to generate future sales opportunities
- Help us drive traffic to the Outlet through social media and networking
Qualifications
- A High school diploma/equivalent or 1 year of work experience with a diploma
- You're social media savvy, or have experience with marketing
- The ability to speak, read, and write English
- The ability to work 40 hours/week with varied hours/days to provide support for showroom, sales events, meetings, networking functions, etc.
- Excellent communication, reasoning skills, and computer proficiency skills
