Retail Sales Associate

• Convenient Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 4:30PM
• An hourly rate starting at $17.00/hr., based on experience and location

The primary duties of a Retail Sales Associate are:

• Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals
• Plan domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books and, triptiks)
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma/GED
• Minimum of six (6) months of sales/customer service experience
• Have effective communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
• Ability to read maps and geography knowledge a plus

For Pennsylvania employees:

• Ability to successfully complete the On-Line Messenger (OLM) Certification testing within ninety (90) days of receiving system authorization.
• Ability to successfully complete the Basic Agent Services Training course within one year month of hire.
• Ability to successfully complete the Advance Agent Services Training course every two (2) years.
