WAGES GO LIKE THIS:

IF YOU HAVE 2 OR MORE YEARS IN FASHION RETAIL, WE WANT TO NEGOTIATE A WAGE. YOUR EXPERIENCE, ENTHUSIASM AND LOYALTY SHOULD BE APPRECIATED!

• $14.00 per hour = no work experience
• $15.00 per hour = some part time work experience with people
• $16.00 per hour= 1 year of work experience
• $1.00 per hour increase if you can work until 9:00pm.
• $1.00 per hour increase if you can work 40 hours a week, including 1 weekend day.
• $1.00 per hour increase if you can work until 9:00pm and you work 40 hours.

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers
- Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in Retail Sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage, especially for serving diverse customer base.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
