How you will enjoy your day:
Provide service to guests, retail customers and employees in the form of friendly assistance and knowledge of Retail Shops’ merchandise, as well as resort facilities and services.
Work Performed:
- Uphold all Enchantment Resort guest service standards and practices at all times.
- Accurately charge of merchandise in the point-of-sale system.
- Accurately handle cash procedures, following all cash handling policies.
- Effectively operate computer cash register and POS systems.
- Knowledge of and ability to sell merchandise.
- Upsell and cross sell retail merchandise and resort offerings.
- Maintain highest levels of customer service, guest satisfaction ratings, and scores on secret shopper reports.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the Retail Shops.
- Assist co-workers and perform all Retail Shops duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
- $15.50 / hour
- Commission
- Total average compensation $15.50-$20 / hour
Minimum Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent. Prior retail experience preferred. Good customer services and communication skills necessary. Strong computer skills to utilize retail software and other company software.

95% Standing, walking and bending

Lifting & carrying up to 50 pounds
Hearing and manual dexterity
Distance vision 1-3 feet
Ability to drive a golf cart
