As one of our Sales Associates, your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with our consignment process, maintaining our Instagram along with the day to day operations of the store.

The Responsibilities:
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and uplifting environment.
- Greet and engage with customers and clients in a welcoming manner
- Accept and curate merchandise for the store from consignors
- Help maintain social media outlets - namely Instagram
- Assist in merchandising and display maintenance
- Maintain an organized work space
- Effectively communicate with team members and management
- Meet daily, monthly and quarterly store sales goals
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles and responsibilities including but not limited to consignment, visual presentation, social media, store organization and client communication
- Cash handling including sales, returns, Venmo transactions, payable client credit
- Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates
- Support a welcoming and friendly work environment
- Must maintain store cleaning and recovery standards
- Complete all daily tasks and roles without error
The Requirements:
- Must be customer focused and passionate about creating strong relations with customers and clients
- Must have excellent personal style and come to work looking and feeling your best
- Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment.
- Must be confident in your work, show initiative and work independently with little supervision
- Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business
- Take on additional responsibilities when needed
- Must be organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
- Maintain a positive attitude, communicate effectively with team, staff, and clientele
- Work as a team, being respectful and cooperative
- Particiapte in all staff meetings
- Must have previous retail experience in a high volume, fast paced environment

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
