We’re looking for talented team players to join our European Wax Center® team of Sales Associates to provide our guests with outstanding service and make sure all their needs are met.

A great candidate is one with strong communication skills who knows how to delight customers and make them feel welcome and respected. A positive and friendly attitude is a must, as well as the ability to efficiently and effectively handle potential guest issues. A great associate must ensure that every guest leaves the center satisfied and wants to come back again. We strive for amazing customer service.

Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests, Performing reservation confirmations
• Introducing guest to products and services
• Informing customers about wax passes and promotions
• Upselling and cross-selling products, services and wax passes when appropriate
• Answering questions about products and/or services
• Stocking and organizing retail shelves
• Coordinating with team members for outstanding customer service

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• Do you have open availability? We are looking for availability on all shifts for 8:20 am-2:30 pm, 2:15 pm-8:30 pm Mon-Fri and 8:20 am-6:30 pm on Sat/Sun.
