ABC Pawn Coin and Jewelry II Corp in Parma, OH is in need of an online Sales Associate with eBay and online forums expertise!

Job Description:

ABC Pawn Coin and Jewelry II Corp is a full-service pawn shop specializing in tools, antiques, rare coins, bullion, watches, videos game systems and more. We have been steadily increasing our items for sale and are now in need of an additional Sales Associate.

We are seeking an online Sales Associate with an understanding of eBay and other online forums/social media.

The ideal candidate will be able to work part time hours starting at 10:00am Tues - Fri, work two Saturdays per month 10:00am -2:00pm, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Hours are flexible & training available!

Responsibilities:

-Online Sales Associate ensuring listings optimized on eBay and other online forums

-Create and post regularly on various social media platforms

-Communicate with online customers

-Properly package items for shipment

-Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and sales strategies

-Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for listings and promotions

-Maintain accurate records of sales, and customer interactions

-Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly

-Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed

-Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and best practices

Pay Range

Between $13-$20 per hour pending qualifications/experience/ skills.
