Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for EXPERIENCED Retail Sales Associates for our retail bakery.

Make good money while also making people happy with our World Famous Cinnamon Rolls!

Mrs. Powell's Bakery has been putting smiles on the faces of Idaho Falls families for nearly 40 years. Our world famous cinnamon rolls, delicious breads, and hand-crafted cookies are a must-have treat for locals and travelers alike.

We are looking for an energetic and welcoming personality to join our team at Mrs. Powell's Bakery in our Idaho Falls location! This position would be for a part-time, evening (4-8:30 pm) shift, 2-6 days a week (including occasional Saturday shifts).

Job Description (but not limited to):

Responsibilities:
- Provide our customers with pure joy through our world famous cinnamon rolls!

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing
- Experience working in a retail setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Expected hours: 8 – 27 per week
