Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with retail store personnel and customers to generate leads for HVAC Sales and Installation. Qualified leads booked will be distributed to a comfort advisor who will run each sales lead in the customer’s home. Meet or exceed budgeted monthly sales goals and conversion rates should meet or exceed projected goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with store personnel to ensure a successful partnership leading to meeting retail store and Total Comfort installation revenue goals.
- Greet and engage customers to generate interest in Total Comfort home solutions.
- Educate store personnel and customers on Total Comfort home solutions and membership benefits.
- Generate leads and book appointments for Comfort Advisors.
- Maintain open lines of communication with the Sales Manager, Scheduling Coordinator, Lead Team and Comfort Advisors.
- Ensure in-store display is maintained in good condition and partner with store personnel to optimize display visibility.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma. Ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of Sales experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups and/or co-workers of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of how to access and use the internet and have a good working knowledge of Data Entry (inventory) software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Microsoft Outlook knowledge and experience is helpful.
