The Retail Relationship Banker is responsible for developing new and existing bank relationships, reaching Retail Banking Performance Objectives, and executing our Community Relationship Model.

- Responsible for the supporting branch profitability by performing our Retail Strategy & our FNB Community Relationship Model to achieve assigned loan and growth targets.
- Supports operational objectives with FNB compliance and audit controls.
- Models our FNB Values, Mission, and Core Values to deliver a rewarding experience.
- Proactively prospects and grows Consumer and Small Business relationships through Community Outreach, and Business Development.
- Executes of our FNB Strategy.
- Identifies Consumer and Small Business customer needs leveraging tools and resources to assist with customer short- and long-term financial goals with FNB banking solutions as a trusted advisor.
- Engages with all branch team members and business partners as appropriate.
- Delivers Deposit & Loan Production, and Retail Banking Performance Objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of Banking Experience, or equivalent work experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Relationship Development
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of all First National Bank of Bastrop products, services, procedures, policies, and appropriate regulatory understanding related to daily job functions
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and tailor features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs
- Ability to make personal connections, engage and educate customers, ask open-ended questions and use listening skills to establish trust and build lasting customer relationships
- Working knowledge of Silverlake system, nCino preferred
- Strong Team Player
- Effective time management
Bank Secrecy Act Duties:
In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the Loan Processor will maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and all other regulatory, security, and Bank policies and procedures.
Company Conformance:
In compliance with all applicable regulations and Bank policies, the employee is expected to successfully produce quality work within deadlines, with or without supervision; interact professionally with other employees, customers, and vendors, while always respecting the need for confidentiality of customer information.

Regular and punctual attendance is expected and appropriate attire is required at all times, while either performing job functions or representing the Bank at outside events and activities.
