The award-winning Pacific Bath is the exclusive dealer in Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona for KOHLER's LuxStone Walk-in Showers and Walk-in Baths.
The Retail Promotions Manager leads the field marketing strategy and executes the face-to-face lead generation stream, growing brand awareness and customer engagement with the Costco instore promoter teams.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop Promoters on the day-to-day tactical activities, performance and growth
- Manage and mentor support staff, including Admins and Show Builders, ensure they are adhering to deadlines; provide growth plans when applicable
- Develop strategy and deploy plan to achieve weekly, monthly and annual goals; report progress and toggle plans based on results
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing and the branch General Manager on generating new face-to-face opportunities for all brands, projecting both short-and-long term goal; forecast KPI’s
- This position will require regular travel to Costco Wholesale stores across Washington State
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated management or leadership experience
- Lead setting experience in face-to-face marketing, preferred
