We are looking for an experienced, high-energy, and commercially focused retail leader to join our team!

Job Highlights

Our Pomvom Operations Manager oversees the photography operations located Legoland California. As an on-site leader working outdoors, you'd take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations & performance, maximizing revenues while delivering world-class guest service. You'll crush your KPI's by actively leading, inspiring, performance managing and motivating 60+ team members across 12 sales units/photo locations (up to 32 shifts per day!)
