We are hiring immediately for a Retail Merchandising Manager position.
Location: 17 Starter Drive Frackville, PA 17931. Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Full Time; Monday- Friday, no weekends.
Requirement: Food & beverage, route management, food retail, and merchandising experience is preferred. Must be able to travel to client sites.
Job Details: This person will be responsible for following corporate guidelines in refreshing our stores. Helping with internal and corporate initiatives. Will help train, cover, and inventory routes and markets when needed.

Job Summary
Job Summary: Y ou will be responsible for supporting the Avenue C Manager in the overall successful merchandising, refreshing, inventory, and overall upkeep of multiple Avenue C locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure we are compliant with local and national account standards; review corporate compliance reporting
Assist with store POG set-up
Coordinate efforts to improve the customer retention and client experience at the point of sale
Build retail pricing opportunities and encourage repeat sales (Best Practices)
Assess performance by location through audit reports (Quarterly District Evaluations)
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Route management, retail, food & beverage and merchandising experience are preferred
Excellent communication skills required
Must be able to travel to client sites
Must be passionate about providing world-class service to our clients and customers
