MCA is a leading Merchandising Company servicing Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across North America. We offer merchandising, sales, price collection, retail audits, retail store renovations and so much more.
This is your chance to experience unique work, working with fun products! Each week, travel to approximately 9 stores in your assigned territory in the NORFOLK, VA area. Work is completed in ongoing 4-week cycles: two hours per store in Week 1 and one hour per store in Weeks 2, 3, and 4. Calls will need to be completed during store hours of operation, Monday through Friday.
An enthusiastic individual who always maintains a professional attitude and appearance. You are detail-oriented, organized, and focused, able to handle the pressure and ambiguity of the day-to-day roles of a Merchandiser.
Applicants must reside in the specified location and be legally eligible to work in the USA.

- Follow directives/priorities as laid out by the Client, specific to each week.
- Support our clients by ensuring their products are ready for customers to see, shop, and buy.
- Remove any discontinued/damaged product.
- Take and upload before and after pictures of your sections, highlighting your excellent work.
- Completing online reporting on our company app using your personal mobile device
An enthusiastic individual who always maintains a professional attitude and appearance. You are detail-oriented, organized, and focused, able to handle the pressure and ambiguity of the day-to-day roles of a Merchandiser.
- You have excellent communication skills and excel at establishing good working relationships with your store contacts.
- You are calm, organized, and stay focused on the priorities of the call.
- The ability to read and understand planograms is an asset.
- Merchandising experience working in Retail or Grocery settings is an asset.
- Having a valid driver's license with access to an insured vehicle OR access to reliable public transit is essential.
