Job Description
Retail Assistance Corporation is searching for experienced merchandisers who are passionate about retail. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with a strong work ethic, handles time management and deadlines well and has a minimum of 1-3 years in retail experience. 3rd party experience and specialty stores is a plus. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing our client's products within the assigned store location with hours varied per account. Our client's products include a variety of brands such as apparel, jewelry, handbags, accessories & much more. Duties would include replenishing stock, following a planogram and directives to ensure product is placed properly as well as developing relationships with the store personnel. Some of our ongoing retailers include Dillard's, Macy's, JCPenney, Kohl's, Target and Walmart.

Required Skills and Experience
- Read and use a planogram in conjunction with project requirements
- Be able to expedite stock to the selling floor to increase our sales goals
- Communicate and build relationships with all levels of management
- Friendly, reliable and dependable
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with flexible hours
- 24 -hour online reporting and uploading clear and required photos with captions
- Smartphone or ipad/tablet device is required
- Access to email to be able to read incoming correspondence
- Prior Department Store/Specialty Store experience preferred
- Flexible with hours and locations by making your own schedule
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and stand on feet for duration of visit
