Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Key Holder to join our team. As a Retail Key Holder, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties:
- Supervise and train retail staff to provide excellent customer service
- Assist in store management duties, including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Set and maintain competitive prices for products
- Implement organizational strategies to optimize store efficiency
- Manage payroll and scheduling of staff
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism
- Perform administrative tasks such as cash handling, reporting, and record keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Skills:
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proven experience in store management or assistant management role
- Excellent inventory control knowledge
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in payroll management and scheduling
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide excellent customer service
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to motivate others to achieve targets
- Strong administrative skills, including cash handling and reporting
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
