As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Garden Center department, providing expert advice to customers, and maintaining our beautiful range of plants. Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in selecting plants, gardening, and gift items to suit their needs
• Answering customer queries about plants and gardening
• Maintaining and merchandising the department and plants
• Helping customers with exterior landscaping designs
• Diagnosing and suggesting treatments for plants with insect, disease, and nutrient problems
• Leading the department's team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of retail sales experience
• Strong knowledge of horticulture
• Experience in diagnosing and solving pest and disease problems
• Practical knowledge of landscape design
• Strong team player with a willingness to perform all duties in the Garden Center
• Passion for providing superior customer service and helping customers realize their backyard dreams
