Retail Donations Processor is responsible for all steps of the donations process. Includes (un)loading donations from delivery truck; count, price and arrange merchandise on sales floor.
Reports to: Director of Retail Sales
Hours of Availability:
Full Time with Flexible schedule between 9am 6:30pm
Monday Saturday; Closed on Sundays
Location: May be scheduled to work at either Retail Store and Distribution Center.

Compensation: Starting at $13.39/hour (non-exempt/hourly)

Jos Specific Qualifications:
Previous retail pricing, warehouse and/or stock room experience preferred.
Strong decision-making, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.

Career Summary (not all-inclusive list):
Assists with offloading delivery trucks and preparing for delivery to store locations in a timely manner. Proper tracking of donations received and discarded. Team environment- willingness to work anywhere in the store, includes cashier, stock room, load/unload trucks, and sales floor. Must maintain/clean warehouse workspace, and other warehouse duties.
All team members may be asked to complete other duties as assigned by the leadership/management with an expectation to complete these assignments as requested.

Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing. stooping, twisting, turning, pushing, pulling.
Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; repetitive.
Extensive walking throughout the retail stores, dock and inside delivery trucks.
Frequently unload freight, to move product on and off store shelves.
Temperatures may vary depending on activity/events; indoor/outdoor exposure.
Occasional climbing ladders; comfortable with heights.
Occasional computer use; computer screen exposure.
Noise levels may vary depending on activity/event and/or location.
