We are Tim Hortons a Multi-Unit Franchisee group in Troy, Fraser and Clinton Township, Michigan. We are hiring immediately for great bakery staff to join our team!

We're looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to fill a position as a Bakery Assistant. The ideal candidate is strong in organization and can help keep our kitchen running smoothly. This is a great entry-level position for those interested in a career in food service and food preparation.

This bakery shift starts as early as 3:50 am and gets you out by noon to enjoy the rest of your day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bake, decorate and stage all baked goods for the morning, using a custom convection oven.
• This is not a traditional bake, no fryers. Decorate and stage all baked good for the morning.
• Receive training in our high volume decorating bakery
• Check products and restocks items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift
• Maintains a clean work area
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintains production and temperture logs

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older to apply
• Organization and cleanliness skills are important
• Must be able to reliably show up for shift on time
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively
• Previous restaurant, food service, production or bakery experience preferred by not required. We train you.

Pay: $15.75 - $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
