We are a Board Game and Tabletop gaming store looking for qualified and entry-level candidates to help us provide a clean, safe, and fun enviroment to all of our customers. Gaming Etc. is a retail game company devoted to gamers who enjoy: Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Warhammer, Board Games and More!

If you are a motivated individual who enjoys helping people get started in one of the many games we carry at our store, or if you love getting to know the table top industry then this is the place for you!

We have positions for all types of people interested in getting into the gaming industry. Wether it be creating video and image advertisements, shipping and recieving, or interacting with local people and helping them enjoy some of our games, we have positions for all types of people!

JOB POSITIONS:

Retail Staff/Order Processing
Retail employees have the ability to interact with the public and share their expertise/love for tabletop gaming. You will be interacting with customers everyday and help them with a purchase they will leave happy with.

Card sorter/File Clerk

This position requires alphabetizing, sorting, and filing for long periods of time at a face pace. Attention to detail and efficiency are both a requirement. When redirected to another task, sorter must have the ability to return the the previous task in a seamless manner.

Shipping & Recieving

This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and time management. This position is responsible for checking in shipments that arrive at the start of the day and adding them to our inventory system, making sure the shipments are correct and put away properly, and reporting any missing/damaged shipments. Addtionally, this position is responsible for checking our online orders, packing, shipping, and updating our online inventory.

GamingEtc aims for a comprehensive, knowledgeable, and helpful retail staff with a positive tabletop gaming experience. During in-store events, employees will balance retail needs as well as event time management to deliver fun for everyone. Other tasks include, alphabetizing, sorting, labeling, and data entry. Light cleaning is also required for all positions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic Knowledge of any of the following areas required. Magic the Gathering, Games Workshop, Board Games, Role playing games, table top games, Pokemon TCG. Retail Experience including but not limited to Point of Sale/Cash register operations

Attention to detail at a face pace in order to keep up with the daily goals

Must have a good memory and ability to take notes if needed to accomplish projects and tasks.
