JOB SUMMARY:
To provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer and assist store leadership in performing daily operations and objectives of the store.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONBILITIES:

- Provide exceptional sales assistance and customer service by acknowledging all customers and being attentive to shopper’s needs.
- Stock merchandise and maintain inventory levels in accordance with store processes and procedures.
- Price and label products in accordance with store processes and procedures.
- Ensure fast and accurate service during customer shopping and check-out process.
- Perform general store maintenance and cleaning as assigned.
- Assist in large event sales, including the bi-annual Mason Tent Sale, Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.
- Assist in performing annual inventory in accordance with store processes and procedures.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of progressively responsible retail experience preferred.
- Cash handling experience strongly preferred.
- Merchandising experience desired (Floor/Window Displays)
- Outgoing, friendly, positive and customer-focused
- Ability to commit to scheduled work hours with a reliable mode of transportation
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, both inside and outside of the organization
