Retail Associate

High volume UPS Store with a friendly, team oriented environment. You'll need to be a positive, upbeat person with a good sense of humor and be able to smile and laugh on a regular basis. You'll be expected to have a wide range of musical tastes and be able to contribute to the store playlist.

If you have those things, then we will teach you the following:

-Operate a cash register, fax machine, copy machine, laminating machine and any other equipment necessary to perform the job.
-Accurately process all US Postal Service and UPS letters, parcels and packages.
-Accurately process all returns via QR codes and labels.
-Be able to box and package items using store guidelines.
-Understand and manage mailbox customers, distribution of mail, mail forwarding; inventory management (stocking, ordering, counts, etc), properly create, maintain and file all records and paperwork, ensure store is clean, etc.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

-High school diploma or equivalent
-Experience in a retail environment preferred, but not necessary
-Ability to work in a customer service environment
-Must be dependable, possess good judgment, show initiative and have a good job attitude
-Ability to lift 30 lbs and package customer items
-Retail associate experience a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
