The Retail Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. - Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
- Supervise and train retail staff to provide outstanding customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members

- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
