A reputable Company located in Memphis, TN. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team. Ideal candidate will be customer focused and someone who will contribute to fostering a family oriented and fun environment.
Location: Memphis, TN
Remote: NO
Store operates Monday-Sunday from 8:00 am – 6:30 pm CDT. Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends.
Skills/Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of location and ensure customer service standards to promote and grow customer relationships and increase overall sales and profitability for location.
• Hire, coach and mentor small team of customer service professionals.
• Excellent communication and ability to get connected in the Memphis community to grow business.
• Will be overseeing location, so attention to detail and ability to be flexible and work at a fast, efficient pace is imperative for success.
• 2-3 years’ experience in an Assistant Retail Store Manager role highly preferred!
