Requirements:
The responsibilities of the ReStore Associate include, but are not limited to:
- Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers;
- Answer customer questions and concerns;
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining the ReStore sales floor;
- Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner; and
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety standards, of Habitat Wake.
You will be successful in the ReStore Associate role if you:
- Have proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role;
- Have the availability to work flexible shifts;
- Have strong organizational skills;
- Have a history of providing excellent customer service;
- Have great energy and persistence with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and
- Thrive on organization, accuracy, and efficiency.
