Celebrating 85 years of service to seniors, we offer a continuum of care from independent living to in-home services. The listed position is available in Shorehaven's Health and Rehabilitation Center. We are located on the west side of Oconomowoc, on the shores of Lac La Belle.
We are seeking an RN for a House Charge position every other weekend, 6:00 am to 2:15 pm, to oversee residents and care staff of our 88-bed skilled nursing facility; and to provide support for residents through our Restorative Nursing Program two days/week, with flexibility in the choice of days.
This is a part-time position, but additional hours may be available if full-time is desired. As the Restorative Nurse, you will oversee the Restorative Nursing Program, planning, implementing, and evaluating its success for each resident, to help residents attain and maintain their highest level of functional ability. You will train CNAs and work closely with our on-site Therapy provider. RN House Charge duties include supervising care, coordinating with physicians, and acting as a resource for staff.
Current RN license in the State of WI and prior long-term care experience is required. Restorative experience is a plus!
