We are growing!! Servpro Team Fox is hiring Restoration Operations Manager!
As the Restoration Operations Manager, you will lead, support, and motivate the entire Restoration Division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and staff development. You will oversee all operational activities and pursue operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
- Oversee the day-to- day operations of restoration crews including schedules and production levels.
- Manage staff development of the Production/Restoration division.
- Work with the General Manager and Owner to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
- Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the General Manager and Owner.
- Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
- Maintain the development of leadership and management skills, as well as Restoration expertise.
- Effectively communicates with all members of the restoration staff and delegates the appropriate duties for each team member.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred
- Industry certifications strongly preferred. (IICRC )
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Restoration Business operations.
- Minimum 3 years management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated.
- Must be knowledgeable in computer applications
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This is a management position routinely working in an office environment; however, field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.
While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position working 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evenings and weekends, as needed. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
