- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and sales transactions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure a positive customer experience
