- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the system
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow all food safety protocols to maintain a safe dining environment
