Front-of-House Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Serving food and beverages
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with Team Members to ensure efficient operations
• Providing exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction

Back-of-House Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
• Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, Team Member or other BOH restaurant jobs is not required

Pay Range

• Part Time/Full Time: $15 to $20/hr
