> Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm
> Friday from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm
> Saturday from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm
> Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
OVERVIEW
- Greet and welcome customers who are dining in OR ordering through drive thru.
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Take orders on Point-of-Sale System and handle cash, credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness in Front of House and Back of House
- Assist other teammates in operations
-Cross train on other aspects of the restaurant from prepping to cooking.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and serving
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff
