Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with guests and provide personalized service
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality with the willingness to help out wherever needed
